Having Problems viewing the site?
Here are some quick solutions.
- Many problems come from overload on the visitor's ISP and simply go away
if you come back to us when your ISP is not so busy.
- Most of the problems that are report to us come from one of two common
problems. The visitor's ISP is either too busy or blocks Access
data. Or the visitor's computer has outdated hardware or
software.
- A Church Planter's Paradise supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and
higher. We recommend that you use 6.0 -- you can download it for free
at www.microsoft.com
- I have Netscape -- Current versions of Netscape work fine. You just
will miss some of the tags to make the site easier to navigate. You
should have no problems. We do not support older versions of Netscape. If you really want to tap the power of the
Internet, why not have both browsers loaded on you PC. Different sites
are tweaked for different browsers.
- I can not get the site to work.
- A Church Planter's Paradise will not work with Windows 3.1
- If your ISP is very busy, they may not be able to move data quick
enough to support the database engine. Try again later.
- A Church Planter's Paradise will not work with Internet Explorer 2.0
or 3.0
- A Church Planter's Paradise will not work with older versions of
Netscape.
- A Church Planter's Paradise will not work with computers that do not
support Java script.
- You are browsing the net and going through the firewall of your
employer or perhaps local library. The firewall may prevent
through put of Access data.
- We do use Java. Be sure that Java is enabled in your
browser. You can also download the most current java scripts for
your browser which should enhance all your web surfing at: http://java.sun.com/getjava/index.html
- A Church Planter's Paradise will not work on some Internet Service
Providers (especially common on the freebies) that do not support
through put to an Access engine.

- I can not see all of the screen.
- Our site is best run at 600x800 resolution.
- We do support sliding tool bars for those of you using a lower
resolution. Your browser, however, must support them too.
Why not download a newer browser?
- Make certain you monitor is adjusted correctly and centered on the
screen.
- Some Internet Service Providers, especially common in the freebie type, do
not support form submitting to an Access data base very well. Thus,
giving problems submitting applications.
